YAG Laser

Frequently used to treat opacities that occur in front of or behind the lens of the eye after cataract surgery. Another application is to facilitate intraocular fluid circulation by creating holes in the iris layer in a condition called Narrow-Angle Glaucoma.

Argon Laser

Used in conditions such as edema and bleeding due to diabetes, retinal tears, vascular occlusions and aneurysms, and in some types of macular degeneration and many other retinal diseases.
