- Dr. Şanlı was born in Aydın in 1977.
- Completed his primary and secondary education in Aydın.
- Studied at Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine between 1995 and 2001.
- Completed his specialization training in the Department of Ophthalmology at Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Medicine between 2003 and 2008.
- Dr. Şanlı served his mandatory service at Van Erciş State Hospital between 2008 and 2010.
- Between 2010 and 2016, he worked at various private hospitals in Adana.
- Since 2016, he has been working at SEVGİGÖZ.
- Dr. Şanlı is a member of the Turkish Ophthalmology Association.
